Apply wash on the decals.
エナメルシンナーを浸した綿棒で軽くふき取る。汚れを少し残す。

Gently wipe excess enamel with cotton swab. The result is shown like this.
エナメルスカイグレイとミディアムグレイとシンナーを1:1:10の割合で溶き、全体にうっすらとスプレーする。

Make very thin enamel paint by mixing XF-19 Skygray 1 : XF-25 Light Sea Gray 1 : Tamiya enamel thinner 10. Caution! This is an enamel paint, not acrylic paint. Tamiya has two kind of paint lines.
派手な色のデカールがボディーの色に溶け込んでなじむ。

Spray that enamel paint all over the airplane. This makes the model color little bit tint. It also fit decal's bright color into body color.
けばけばした赤が落ち着く。

Bright red now tint and match the body color.
フラットコートする前に金属塗装部分をマスキングする。

Before spraying flat coat, mask metal area with masking tape.
表面がフラットコートでざらざらになると金属塗装が綺麗にのらない。

Flat coating will make the surface rough, it's not good for metal finish.
金属部分をマスクしたら、スーパークリアーつや消しをスプレーする。

After masking all metal area, spray Gunze's Mr. Super Clear Flat.
つや消しコートが完全に乾いたら、金属部分の塗装準備。

After the flat coat dried completely, prepare for metal painting. Mask the body.
エンジン部分のマスキング。

まずはアルクラッド112番のスチールでパネルラインを塗る。

Spray Alclad 112 Steel along with the panel lines.
102のデュラルアルミで小さなパネルの内側を塗装。

Spray Alclad 102 DuralAluminium inside the small panels
113のジェットエグゾーストをまわりに吹きつけ完成。

Spray Alclad 113 Jet Exhaust around the small panel.
ハッチのみマスキングゾルでマスクして

Mask all small panels with Mask-sol.
111のマグネシウムを両端のパネルにスプレー。106や110を少しづつ混ぜて色に変化をつける。真ん中のパネルには106のホワイトアルミにMr.カラーのクリアーブルーを混ぜて吹き付ける。

Spray Alclad 111 Magnesium to left and right panel. I changed the color little bit different panel by panel by mixing 106 and 110. Spray Alclad 106 White Aluminum mixed with Mr. Color Clear Blue to center panel..
パネル間を明確にするため、マスキングしてホワイトアルミを中央パネルにスプレーする。

In order to distinguish the difference between panels, Mask both edges and spray 106 white aluminum to the center panel again.
30分待ってウォッシングを始める。

Wait 30minutes for drying Alclad and then apply wash.

After wash. Panel lines are now more visible.
